Information to all stallholders

We have just had the Cup weekend bush Market for 2009. The committe hopes that you had a successful and happy days trading, and you backed a winner.

AGM;

At the Bushmarkets AGM in September the following people were elected onto the Committee.

INSURANCE: As from next year all stallholders will be required to hold an insurance policy to be able to attend the Mansfield Bushmarkets. Stallholders can contact Meg Allan of the Victorian Woodworkers Association on 03 5776 2178 and make some inquiries.

APPLICATION FORMS : The 2010 application form has been included (2010 Market dates). No application form will be accepted unless an insurance policy is attached.

INSURANCE: Please be aware that the Bushmarket being held on 31st October will be the last market you will be able to attend unless you have insurance. As in the previous newsletter you can contact Meg Allan of the Victorian Woodworkers Association 0n 03 5776 2178 to make some inquiries .

CANCELLATIONS:Please be aware that a refund is only available (less an administration fee) if the cancellation is made before the closing date. Also please make sure you read the Mansfield Bushmarket rules and Guidelines, and check out the General Information regarding the markets. The closing date is only a guide and lately markets have been full well before that date.

DIRECT DEPOSITS: Please make sure your NAME is included on the deposit slip.

MARKET SITES : Sites are allocated as applications arrive and the committee will do their best to place you as near as we can to your previous site.Some of the trees that have provided shade have been cut back or have died because of the drought conditions, something out of our control.

SURVEY : Thank you to all those who responed to the survey at the last market. The results overwhelmingly favoured the market remaining on Saturday. Of 180 surveyed, 13 didn't care on which day the market was held, only 1 said change and 3 didn't reply.

TELEPHONE : If the Bushmarket phone goes to message bank, PLEASE leave a message and return number clearly spoken as from time to time reception is not clear and numbers hard to understand. Your call WILL be returned ASAP.

LASTLY : As Christmas is fast approaching the Committee would like to thank you for making the year as successful as it was, and wish EVERYONE a safe and merry Christmas with family and loved ones and to see you all again next year.
