Useful Information.
POSTAGE.If you are posting anything to the organiser could you please make sure that the envelope is sealed properly as quite a few have come through the post opened, fortunately we have a wonderful postie. Thank You.
PARKING. The Shire has agreed that parking arrangements can stay as they currently are, so please exercise caution. Parking behind your site IS NOT a right but a PRIVILIGE so once again common sense should prevail.
APPLICATIONS.Please make sure that applications are sent as soon as possible as sites are allocated as they arrive after the closing date.
EMAIL. If you email, PLEASE put Bushmarket in the subject.
DIRECT DEBIT. Make sure your name is on the deposit slip to make processing an application quicker.
November Market. If you are thinking of booking a site, please do so ASAP as there is only a limited number of sites left.
Marquee Damage. At the last market there was some vandalism to the marquees. The Bushmarket Committee are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The matter is in the hands of the police and should be rectified by the November market.
Road Closure. The Mansfield Shire are now closing the road between Curia and Hunter Streets (the full length of the market) between the hours of 7.30 am - 3pm. Please carry all relevant paperwork to show you are a stallholder.
Cancellations. Please be aware that if you cancel BEFORE closing date, a refund less an administration fee is available.
Insurance. A number of policy's have expired. Please check and forward a new copy as soon as possible. All stallholders are encouraged to look at having an insurance policy to cover you at any market you attend.
Polo Shirts. There are some still available. If you wish to purchase one visit Jan Stone (Bushmarket Sec) TJS Crafts site 152 & 153 on the first lawn, if you are unable to leave your stall contact President Doug George on 0418 178 497 and arrange for him to deliver to your site. Cost of shirts is $25. Proceeds from the sale of polo shirts will be going to the Mansfield Hospital.
