Useful Information.
Postage: If you are posting anything to the organiser could you please make sure that the envelope is sealed properly as quite a few have come through the post opened, fortunately we have a wonderful postie. Thank You.
Parking: Stallholders are NOT allocated a parking space. If you are early enough you may park dehind your site. PARKING is a PRIVILEGE not a RIGHT.
Applications: Please make sure that applications are sent as soon as possible as sites are allocated as they arrive.
Email: If you email, PLEASE put Bushmarket in the subject.
Direct Debit: Make sure your name is on the deposit slip to make processing an application quicker.
Road Closure: The Mansfield Shire are now closing the road between Curia and Hunter Streets (the full length of the market) between the hours of 7.30 am - 3pm. Please carry all relevant paperwork to show you are a stallholder.
Cancellations. Please be aware that if you cancel BEFORE closing date, a refund less an administration fee is available.
Insurance. All stallholders are reminded that as of 2010 no-one will be able to attend Mansfield Bushmarkets unless they have their own cover. TEMPORY FOOD PERMITS: Any stallholder that has consumable goods needs this permit. The Shire Health Officer will be in attendance at the Easter Market for those who wish to make an enquiry. Tempory Food Permits are different to a REGISTERED mobile food vehicle permit. If unsure please check this with the Shire Health Officer.
TOILETS: Toilets are available at the Sports Centre next to the Football ground.
RUBBISH: It is the responsibility of each stallholder to leave their site clean & tidy and all rubbish removed.
SITE ALLOCATIONS: Site are allocated and processed as they are received. From time to time it becomes necessary for some sites to be moved, such as requiring a powered site. All care is taken to place moved sites as close to where the previous site was.
DOGS : Strictly NO Dogs. The shire ByLaws officer is in attendence and you can be fined.
