Information to all stallholders

We have just had the Easter weekend bush Market for 2010. The committe hopes that you had a successful and happy days trading, and you backed a winner.

INFORMATION MARQUEE: The information marquee is situated at the beginning of the market and is maned by a committee member during the market. It has all market information.

MOST IMPORTANT: Please read the last paragraph.

APPLICATION FORMS : If you are intending to attend June & October markets please do so as soon as possible as there are not many sites for either markets left. The 2010 application form has been included (2010 Market dates). No application form will be accepted unless an insurance policy is attached.

DOGS: All stallholders should have received a letter from the Shire regarding dogs: Please take note.

PARKING:The committee stress that a parking site is NOT allocated with an application. If you get to the market early enough you are able to park near your site. The committee also stress that your vehicle MUST NOT extend out onto the road pass the width of a vehicle. The council are clamping down on this practice.

TELEPHONE: When leaving messages on the Bushmarket phone PLEASE speak slowly when giving the return number so no mistakes are made. Hours are 8am - 8.30 pm. Your call will be returned.

POLO SHIRTS : There are a number of these left and are being sold at a very reasonable price, and will be available at the information marquee at the next market.

RUBBISH: It is the responsibility of all stallholders to make sure that their site is left clean & tidy. The Shireare encouraging everyone to recycle.

PAPERWORK: Please make sure that if you have someone else running your stall that they have all paper work with them, it helps on market mornings. Each market is colour coded so no mistakes as to which market you should be at.

THE VERY LAST PARAGRAPH: The Bushmarket committee are looking at putting together a booklet of all stallholders with all relevant information in it.
